I support this wish for all packages: Put SQLITE on the Full CD,
as people will rarely burn a Bonus CD, and make the other four
packages easily available on the Live CD mode of the Full CD:
They are small enough and useful enough for that :-)

Could somebody please tell Harald Arnesen which open issues
exist with his port of BSD 4.3 TAIL and which other TAILs
have which advantages at the moment? He could update his
port to combine the best of all worlds :-)

Regarding the survey, I have done it once, but I think instead
of casting multiple votes, it is better to negotiate about the
packages which got too few votes in the first round via email.

Regards, Eric

PS: DPMIONE is indeed one of the better DPMI out
there and it is great that it is open source. The
https://github.com/sudleyplace 386SWAT debugger is
VERY powerful, too. With protected mode etc.! :-)
