I think XFDISK does have fans and UNRTF sounds useful enough since I even remember having written scripts sometimes which helped me look at RTF, so the author of that is not alone ;-) *Missing* items which are not explained: ELTORITO (seems to be part of SYSLINUX package though?), XMGR, RDISK, DRMIND, BLWCBC. I could imagine export restrictions for the last item, all the other items are useful and apparently must have been forgotten.
