the kernel talks directly to int13 and never uses int25 internally.

I don't see any new features in keDANGEROUS either.

Completely new no, but for example CONFIG.SYS menu processing has been improved (menu, prompts for each INSTALL command at the time of actual loading and not beforehand like in ROCK-SOLID-STONED ;)
