radwho question

Hi,

I have what I hope is a easy to answer question. 
When I run ( radwho ) is brings back nothing. I know I have users lodged in.
However when I run it as (radwho -l ) I see the local  shell users. Am I 
missing a comand line? Not sure can anyone help?
