Yes it is possible, but for a long term goal with consideration of thousand users or more, considering a fast search index and queries, i would prefer using database and tables, they were designed to handle bounty records! there are web-based administration of user accounts when using database as back-ends. but for the flat file, i guess you have to make simple perl script or PHP ones. i also heard freeradius+apache is now possible as well. goodluck! //milver - List info/subscribe/unsubscribe?
