you havent read my questions and you dont understand the circumstances. CHAP _cant_ be lower cased and freeradius doesnt have a option for insensitive
if you knew what is happening during the CHAP authentication scheme from the client and server side,
you must know the answer by common sense, logically, it CANNOT be done, that is why _it is_ CHAP and not PAP.
that is why freeradius does not offer us _any_ password options on chap authentication scheme and
obviously there is no reason to do it, because PAP is existing. :)
