Anderson, The freesurfer processing stream (aka, 'recon-all') does not use a graphics card for processing (yet, we hope to implement some GPU stuff someday), so your cluster doesnt need any graphics cards, other than those for actual display usage (tksurfer, tkmedit, etc.).
