Dear freesurfer experts, I successfully managed to install and run the freesurfer dev version6 for brainstem segmentation analysis. But, looking at the result of brainstem volume in brainstemSsVolumes.v10.txt, the whole brainstem volume is 14439.355323 and the brainstem volume by recon-all out asegfile is 13217.8 in the same participant. Will you please let me know why this disparity is there? And which one is more accurate? We plan to use the medullary volume for our study (here the medullary volume of the participant is 3184.900208 )
