Is it feasible or even possible to edit the aseg.mgz using another program (i.e. ITK-snap after converting to nifti), and rerunning the pipeline using the revised aseg as input To regenerate volumes and surfaces? Do WM edits need to need to be completed on the WM.mgz and/or using Control Points?
