you can also use our longitudinal stream that improves sensitivity and
reliability. Run it after you have run the cross-sectional - it will improve
your results considerably

cheers

Hi Hamied,

I believe you can use mri_segstats (MailScanner has detected a possible fraud

Hello,

I’ve run recon-all on patient T1s acquired at different timepoints after a
neurological insult, in FreeSurfer v7.3.2

I want to analyse any change in the volume, surface area and average thickness
of specific regions across time in each patient. Can I do this in FreeSurfer?

Many thanks.

Best wishes,

Hamied
