Is it possible to keep a skin as a tarrball? This make trying and
installing a skin easier. Only one file (myskin.tgz) has to be put
in the directory skins/

Anyway, a skin's looks should be consistent so it seems logical to
distribute it as a whole. If you want to change a skin, you could
always edit the tarball, or implement "untarred" skin directories.
