I was talking more about a theoretical implementation compared to not
untarring the file and executing the code inside it instead. So I wasn't
meaning it should be implemented straight away...

Still pretty good! Wouldn't it be cool though to be able to select and
install skins directly from the Freevo website from inside Freevo?  But
maybe that'll have to wait :-)
