Yes, that's why I brought it up, it is convenient for the end-user. A side-effect is that it also forces skins to be independent of each-other, exept for dependency on the "built-in" skin blue that others can derive from, which is a good thing in my opinion: few standard skins built-in, other skins are pluggable and either extend a standard skin or define one completely from scratch.

I'd save this feature for the mid-long term development plan...
