Yes, I use them a lot. Why "useless"? I find them really usable - apart from
the fact that I locally increased the step size for moving within images,
which was much too slow for my taste. That should probably be coded
in %/second, to account for differences in event repeat rates. Possibly even
with an acceleration rate.
