This is wrong, for GPL'd programmes it's preferable to have such exception
from the author of the GPL programme, but that would be tntnet IF IT WERE
GPL'd, which it isn't.

Note that this exception is not really necessary if you link dynamically
and place the OpenSSL libs as “mere aggregation” on the media and take care
to never redistribute the combined form (i.e. a core dump, memory image,
or something like that), but it's still preferable.
