Yes it's planned, Ironiq already tested somme alternatives to flyspray.

For the planet, I can administer bilboplanet myself.
About b2evolution, honestly devels seems to not using it, Vmiklos has
his own blog, me too with my wordpress on genesis.

What about the forums ? You think we should migrate from fudforum to
drupal's forum module ?
