Well, there are other questions.

-1) Who decides what to migrate to Drupal? I would say migrating only half (or
less than that) of our infrastructure is simply wouldn't worth the work.

That's easy, we probably could migrate everything.

I think migrating the current !BTS content is not too much, just small modification of the current parser script.

0) Who is going to take the responsibility of creating a migration plan, and
orchestrate it afterwards?

No volunteers ? :/

Any progress about this discussion ?

Right, that's where the discussion stalled.

Longer version: I think boobaa has the knowledge to do it, but he hasn't
enough fine; I would have a bit more time, but I think about a month of
manwork is required here and right now I don't have that much, either.

Nowadays - as you probably noticed - i have a bit more time, so i can also help

(The last big migration we did - I think - was the darcs -> git one, that
was about a month of work for me as well.)

In case anybody else would volunteer, I can say it's not magic: you
"just" have to read a lot of Drupal documentation, then understand how
the old (ie Flyspray) data is organized, finally write migration
scripts. It's tricky, but doable.

Well, i discussed the BTS thing with boobaa and he said they are still not ready with it (but he will tell us more). I think we should start planning the whole procedure _before_ doing anything: what modules to use, how can we update them, how can we migrate almost everything into one or two drupal base (i don't really like separate instances, updating them is a pain)
