What do you mean by "!BTS content"? I would call "non-BTS content" blogs,
forums, git, lists, docs (with screenshots), news (with translation), wiki,
pastebin - and this is just a short list of things I've ripped from homepage-

If we want to migrate all of these (and I don't see anything against this,
except for time and difficulty), that would cost at least half a year, or even
a full one. I for one don't have this much of time available, ATM. :(
Well, for a first start we can migrate these things. And yes, this can
last quite a lot i also know. Now i have time so i think we should start
it asap.
