this, except for time and difficulty), that would cost at least half a
year, or even a full one. I for one don't have this much of time
available, ATM. :(
Well, for a first start we can migrate these things. And yes, this can
last quite a lot i also know. Now i have time so i think we should start
it asap.

must consider your opinion as a joke.
No, it's not a joke. As i said: these things can be started now, no need
to wait for external things, like the bts handling modules.
