"refusal to grant privileges" - what an interesting euphemism for hiring 3 or 4 <insert ethnic> organized crime enforcers to explain to the abusers how we feel about spam. I wonder how many enforcers we could hire if every organization represented on spam-l contributed 1% of their spam-fighting budget....
