I've read about Ruby recently, too. I don't consider myself a hard-core
programmer (I briefly used Pascal, Ada, and Prolog back in grad school many
years ago), but I also am thinking of trying to pick up another language and
am leaning towards an OO language. Ben Forta mentioned the other night in
Austin that Java is fairly difficult to learn. Anyone have any thoughts on
how easy it would be to learn Ruby?
