>Is this a variable PDF? With different records, such as numbers? Or
versioned? If It's variable, you can try composing as a VDX, which are
much smaller files.
>>Anyone have a solution to slow rip times at the HP Indigo. We're
outsourcing to a Service Provider with an HP Indigo. I provided the PDF
output file from FusionPro. They are telling me the rip will take hours
if not an entire day to complete.

Hello,

For VDP printing on the HP Indigo, there are 2 VDP output formats which
are best for that workflow. One is JLYT and the other is the "HP PPML".
These 2 outputs are included in every version of FusionPro Desktop at no
additional charge. (VDX is also included but it is used for the Kodak
NexPress digital press).

In addition, we have a VDP guide specifically for the HP VDP workflow
with FusionPro. This guide can be downloaded from our knowledgebase at
http://www.printable.com/support/kb

Once you go into the Knowledgebase, browse to the "Digital Print
Workflow Documents" and select the "FusionPro and HP VDP Workflow
Document" article.
