Is this a final syntax we want to have? I prefer: Pick WindowStyle NoTitle, !Borders Both StyleById and DestroyById (i.e. WindowStyle and DestroyWindowStyle) don't make any sense on an unexisting window id, so they may work on the window context just fine.
