At first we find the �User Monitor does not work�, I can found solution for FP2 & FP3 (sk12630, sk16494) but cannot find solution for R54, however, I make the change and solved the problem.
When I made the change in FP3, it carried over when i went from FP3 to R55. So at least you won't have to mess with it in the future. :-)
(1) SmartView Status is showing both Licensed and Connected users as 0 for the Policy Server (desktop policy installation does not solve the problem)
I have not seen this with R55.
(2) User Monitor can shows new connected users, however, it still keeps many old entries there (many days before and already disconnected).
Yes, mine does as well. I thought it was normal. It would be nice if User Monitor also showed a disconnect time.
(3) Client has a 100 User license of Secure Client, they have 40 users defined in SmartCenter and 20 Users in Radius Server who can connect using the Secure Client (With IP Pool NAT) using the Generic* Profile, however, they receive the following log in the SmartView Tracker.

I *think* it counts licenses by the number of users that are in the group that is allowed to logon to the policy server, not by the number of actual people using it. Is it possible you have users who do not have SecureClient and that are in that group (since you only have 40 in SmartCenter, maybe it's the Radius group)?
