HOW CAN Checkpoint counts those Users in the Radius Server if they have never logon, also, how can I lists out the users counted towards license and how to reset those counts?

Is it possible you have users who do not have SecureClient and that are in that group (since you only have 40 in SmartCenter, maybe it's the Radius group)?
