Someone else is going to have to chime in. I just recall the KB article that
said the number of users in the group is what is counted against the license
count.

Do those numbers from the Radius server + your CP users add up to within 10%
of the licensed count? If not, this is not what's happening.

HOW CAN Checkpoint counts those Users in the Radius Server if they have
never logon, also, how can I lists out the users counted towards license
and how to reset those counts?

When I made the change in FP3, it carried over when i went from FP3 to R55.
So at least you won't have to mess with it in the future. :-)

I have not seen this with R55.

Yes, mine does as well. I thought it was normal. It would be nice if User
Monitor also showed a disconnect time.

I *think* it counts licenses by the number of users that are in the group
that is allowed to logon to the policy server, not by the number of actual
people using it. Is it possible you have users who do not have SecureClient
and that are in that group (since you only have 40 in SmartCenter, maybe
it's the Radius group)?
