Read-only Connection Profiles work in SecureClient R54 and all variants of R55 because we started with R54 and it had them. Build 2 of SecureClient R56 made a change so end users could not create their own sites and profiles.
I didn't do anything special to make them read-only. I simply created them on SmartCenter and as part of a SecureClient Packaging Tool depolyment and they are greyed out when you try to do aything with them from within SecureClient.

Hi Stefan,
As far as I know, they are running R55 (not sure what build)
I'm assuming the above solution is not availible for this version.
Is their any other way possible to stop the profile's from being deleted?
Many Thanks,
Nick
