also would suffice your requirement.
 
Check out ASF 5109 that comes with 4 10/100 interfaces and 2 10/100/1000 
interfaces
 
The appliance comes pre loaded with checkpoint latest software

Sounds like a DL380 would do it.  So that is different than
SecurePlatform?  What OS does it run under the hood?
