Hi, It still does not fit the bill as i have said there are only 90 users defined in VPN user group and license dtps lic shows 100 and used 120...this is erroneous ...for a fact ..

Have a look at the EULA when installing SecureClient on a PC. You will also get error messages regarding licensing when the user group you assign to the policy server has more users than licenses installed.
