Reading this thread prompted me to have a look at "dtps lic" on my
system, with the following result:

   SecureClient Policy Server license summary
 ------------------------------------------
 |    OS    | Total Licenses | Used Licenses | Free Licenses |
 | Windows  |        50      |     1543504003      |         0     |
 |   MAC    |         0      |     -2144485051      |      2144485051     |

Looks like it just can't count... :-(

Run a dtps debug - may yield some config error

Delete your local.psd state file ie 
/var/opt/CPsuite-R65(or_whatever_flava)/fw1/state/local/PS/local.psd - this 
gets created when you install the desktop policy

Re-Install policy

Run dtps lic to see if it has fixed

The license is attached to the management station and yes license reloaded
+desktop pol reinstalled...yet running dtps lic on module shows 100 lic

used 120   ...no of users in VPN group 90

Any help in resetting count appreciated or atleast some equivalent of fw 
lichosts for securecleint users contributing towards license as this is 
confusing and stated only 90 users defined
