Remember to make sure the "wintel" machine has the same hostname as the original Nokia box, and if possible, same IP used to register the licenses. If you follow Sin's advice of reimaging the Nokia box, this details should be no prob (hopefully).
The first (hostname) would be to avoid corruption in the ICA, if the hostname is not the same, be sure you will have to go with the ICA reset and that could be a potential headache (been there). An IP change is easier to handle, but take in count that if you load an upgrade_export output (which already comes with the licenses) on a machine that does not have the IP used when registering the lics, you might get into trouble with services not coming up during a reboot. If you MUST change the IP of the management server, be sure to go to the User Center, change the IP of the licenses, generate new license files and load them properly via "Check Point configuration" (in Windows) or cpconfig (which will open the same Window), via CLI.
