Well, finally got this thing done. Reformatted the drive as single HFS+ volume and reinstalled everything, EVERYTHING (all clean installs). I've been sweating it out as I'm heading out Saturday morning for a 5 day bus trip to Washington D.C., chaperoning for my son's 8th grade trip. I hope everything runs OK while I'm gone. Oh well, it's not mission critical stuff I suppose. I'm planning to try out iPhoto (guess I better download it quick) while on the trip and hopefully send pictures back to some parents while we're there. I get the feeling I won't sleep much on this trip between learn OSX, troubleshooting problems, playing with iPhoto...uhmmm...OH YEAH, and running around with a bunch of 8th graders! I'm starting to feel old. -makmac -- G-Books is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
