For the sheer power, and the best long term investment, the G4/667 is the best. The iBook is due for a G4 upgrade now that's the only product line using the G3. So, that's somekind of dead end and if you're planning to use it for many years, you might not be able to run the latest Mac OS on it sooner than you might think. Mac OS X has portions of it that were optimized for the G4, so you're getting a much better performance with the Titanium PowerBook.
