Never heard of any. I think part of the reason is that the current technology doesn't allow for thin enough drive that would fit in the small confines of a laptop. Even the most powerful PowerBook G4 doesn't offer such a drive, although I've read that (I think) Pioneer just introduced a slot loading drive that could maybe equip the Titanium.
