Given that Netscape 6 and beyond is pretty much the identical program as Mozilla (it IS mozilla with a different skin and a few doo-dads, like a spell checker, plus some critical things missing, like the ability to block pop-up windows) I'm more than a little curious as to how you got such different experiences with them... (FWIW: Netscape 6.0 was Mozilla 0.7 or 0.6 (and was definitely unstable), 6.2 was Mozilla 0.8 (much better), and Netscape 7 is Mozilla 1.1 (Rock solid). Mozilla is up to 1.2 on it's beta front.) I've been using Mozilla as my main daily browser + email client for almost two years now (since Feb 2000, on my PC at work), and I love it. At home I'm using Mail.app, Mozilla and, increasingly, Chimera for a web browser, which is smoking fast. Chimera is a full cocoa-ized version of the Gecko rendering engine in Mozilla, and is going to be a very nice browser for OSX when they get it up to speed. -- Bruce Johnson University of Arizona College of Pharmacy Information Technology Group Institutions do not have opinions, merely customs -- G-Books is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
