Dear Listers: Can anyone solve my OS 9 startup problem?
After booting into OS X.1.5, I load the System Preferences pane and tell my PowerBook to restart in OS 9.2.1. Usually it will comply with my request; however the past several attempts to do this result in the following way: My PowerBook will restart and begin loading OS 9.2. When the "smiling face/computer" icon loads the screen goes black, the startup chime is heard and it will proceed to load Aqua again. It would be nice if I could continue to load 9.2 in the proper fashion, but this latest incident is driving me nuts. Can anyone help? - John -- G-Books is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
