Hi. I'm new to the list so I thought I'd introduce myself. I'm Steve
Fuller. :)

Apple/Mac use goes back to when I first cut my teeth on Apple II+ and
Iie machines for doing art and programming on. Bought and used a brand
new Mac SE while in college. Got out of the scene for a while and have
been doing PC stuff for the last many years. Recently purchased:

- Powermac G4 AGP (450Mhz, ton of RAM, Jaguar),
- Powerbook 145 ($25 off of ebay. 8MB RAM, 40MB HD. Replaced my wife's
old one which
is getting long in the tooth. System 7.x).
Now my dedicated Crystal Quest machine ;)
- Mac SE/30 (shipped yesterday. Loading it up with RAM. Always wanted
one, finally am
getting it. Want ethernet and Xceed video for it to trick it all
out),

and finally, the reason for my subscribing to the list:

Powerbook G3 Lombard 400 Mhz. 6GB drive 384 MB of RAM. DVD. spare
battery. Running 9.2.2 right now. May add ram and upgrade to Jaguar
assuming that the processor card I have coming will work with Jag
(current one has the somewhat odd processor/cache problem that shows up
with OS X).

Everyone in the house has a PC or two. I run everything as far as OS-es
are concerned. 98/2000/XP, System 7, System 9, OS X, and Linux. The
Lombard is our first recent Apple notebook. I'd like a TiBook, but just
haven't been able to take the plunge as of yet.

I'm a computer guy by trade and a lover of technology in general. I work
as a NT/2000/Novell/Unix administrator for an internet company. Other
hobbies include the occasional brewing of beer, cooking, and
driving/enjoying my 96 Mustang Cobra.

I look forward to the discussions on the list.

Thanks for reading my incoherent ramblings.
