Hi all I've been around various lists but this is my first post to this
list. I have a Wallstreet 233 OS 9 and the modem doesn't seem to be
working. When trying to dial out it says the modem is not responding
check connections and reset the modem. All the settings are correct and
the phone line is known working. How do I reset the modem and or query
the modem. Is there a program to query the modem I could not find
anything in the modem control panel to query or is there a program to
check hardware. I know I got some disk with my G4 to check hardware is
there one for this powerbook and if so where can I get it. I'm also
looking through apples knowledge base for some answers. If I have to
replace the modem I will but would like to find out if I really need to
first. Any help is greatly appreciated.
