Just my two pence for you Nick.

I am typing this from my 17" sitting in the dark. I have my email client up on one
side of the screen and Safari on the next. Both sitting side by side comfortably. My
keyboard is lit up and I browing wirelessly. May I say convenience convenience.

To me the battery life seems shorter knocking an average of 2 hrs per sitting - use to
get 3.5 hrs on the Ti 500Mhz. There is a little noise in one of the fans, I am still
to check that out but the thought of being without this for a day is difficult - this
machine is the center of my life. No dead pixels here but a friend got his with one,
he hardly notices it.

Definately have to change the bag and it is BIG so no doubt if space is an issue for
you may to stick with the 15. I only travel between home and work. Oh yes it is HOT.
I have to use something to separate it from my lap.

Hope this helps
