Lost track of who it was, but some is quoted as saying:

pissed him off (Sure to start off a new round of flamage I'm sure :-(

Actually, Turly was one of the early OS X programmers - Apple let him go when every hi-tech company started downsizing.


According to him , development on FinderPop stopped because:

a) He was too busy on the OS X team, and

b) OS X doesn't have the same hooks for Control Panels, so Finderpop would have to be completely rewritten.

Anyhow, stopping development had nothing to do with him being upset at OS X. I really don't know where someone would get that from.
