Is anyone using an Electrovaya powerpad (particularly the 160)? with a Pismo or other G3 or G4 laptop?
my Pismo battery is pretty much useless (about 15-35 minutes per charge) and I think the hi-capacity of the powerpad will be useful for me. Aside from wondering what people's experiences are with the Powerpads (use time, convenience, general satisfaction, etc.) One more specific question, are any 160C users powering the Powerpad with their Yo-Yo adapters, or are you using the special electrovaya adapter. Elecctrovaya says their adapter is necessary with the 160C, but a local retailer has a great price on the pad (without the adapter and tells me that I can use my yo-yo). I haven't gotten word back from electrovaya yet, but wanted to see what experiences in the real world were. Thanks. ===== Doug Behr [EMAIL PROTECTED] __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
