I think the easiest thing to do would be answer the original question. No,
the 466MHz iBook SE with FireWire is not equipped with an AirPort card, just
the capacity to have one installed.

For that matter, NO iBook (clamshell or white) has an AirPort card installed
as standard equipment. It was an option that you would have had to order
(custom built or Built-To-Order), or an upgrade installed sometime after you
purchased the iBook.
