Hey everyone:
I am having a problem that I cannot seem to find a solution, it is a bother more than anything, but would like to resolve it.
In 9.2.2, after start up finishes, any open windows on desktop disappear, then do not re-appear until I open an application then switch back to the finder. All disk utilities report no problems, and I have not found any extensions causing the problem.
Once I switch back, everything works fine.
I did upgrade to the 10.2.8 before Apple pulled the update, this seems to coincide with the problem's start.
Anyone having similar problem?
Well, *nothing* in the 10.2.8 upgrade has anything to do with 9.2.2
I'd toss the finder and system prefs and rebuild the desktop as a start.
