Mike, I don't know what is exactly a "Dayna Ethernet", but what you need is an AppleTalk to Ethernet bridge, like the AsanteTalk (which has been discontinued a while ago). Basically, that bridge takes incoming AppleTalk packets on LocalTalk cabling (that your PLW uses) and encapsulate them on Ethernet, so they become EtherTalk packets. The bridge also does the reverse, it takes EtherTalk packets from Ethernet, removes the Ethernet "coating" and send them onto the LocalTalk cabling as simple AppleTalk packets. So, the device has one connector for LocalTalk and one connector for Ethernet.
