Has anybody here used the Canon LiDE Flatbed scanners successfully on Panther ?
I really like the size and portability (and price !) of these scanners but am just wondering how easy they are to set up and how fast they are.

I have a Canon LiDE 30 that I use with Panther (currently 10.3.3) on my 15" Al PB. Works great. I like the size and portability, since I carry it around in my laptop bag with the PB. It's also bus-powered, so no need to drag along a separate power adapter. This model is not USB 2.0, but I believe that they have a model (LiDE 80?) that is. It's speedy enough for my needs, though (I typically scan at 150-300 dpi, depending on what I'm doing).
