Bad RAM might have caused your install to fail - I missed the start of the thread >I did get it to install and it ran fine, I booted into 9 to work on some older applications and when I switched back to 10 I get the disallowed and now I cannot even get it to boot to the CDRom or back into 9. Why can't you get it to boot of a CD ? You put a proper OS 9 CD in and hold the C key down ? >The only thing that I can think to do would be to put the HD into another computer and tell it to start from 9 and then put it back.
