My Dad just got a new 12" G4 Aluminum powerbook and is having problems transferring data from his powerbook 1400. He has been using a Lexar USB card reader to move data from the 1400 to his iMac (OS 8.1 and 9.2.2 respectively). However when he plugs the card reader into the G4 'book it doesn't work. I'm suspecting that the particular card reader isn't supported in OSX. Has anyone got any other suggestions? Any recommendations on card readers known to work with OSX?
