Yesterday I moved two 256 MB PC100 RAM modules out of my problematic
Beige G3 and into my problem free Blue and White G3. The B&W G3
operated OK all day but refused to start up this morning with a bomb
and "Address Error." Conflict catcher launched a startup file
conflict test and during this test a bunch more errors surfaced, like
"Sysem Error, Unimplemneted Trap."
I just finished 8 full hours of Disk Doctor, Speed Disk, Disk
Warrior, Preference Cleanup, ect. The B&W G3 is running OK right now
but I am suspicious. It seems to me like "Address Error" is related
to RAM.
Can bad RAM cause all these problems? I am thinking of
dumping the RAM that I installed yesterday. Anyone agree?
