They are not Acrobat files at all.  These files are created when you first
mount a CD and FileSharing is on.  They store the privileges for each
folder on the disk.  You can share all or part of a CD if you want.  It
doesn't matter if you didn't share the disk.  Whether the disk is shared or
not is also stored in the file.  About all you can do is to purge this
folder from time to time.
