Get the USB card.  Its $20.  Same price as the new ADB one.  Its a 
great upgrade.  Thats the first thing you should do.
If you get an UltraATA/100 card (even if the 27gig isnt ATA/100) 
it'll be useful in the future if you do get a Blue G3.  It'll drop 
right in and its three times faster etc.  THat'll cost ya $100 if you 
can find one.  Don't skimp the extra few dollars and get the ATA/66. 
You don't need RAID either.  ATA RAID bites.
You can probably find a decent G3 upgrade for $150-$200.  This time 
last year there was a 350MHz/1MB card for $169 that was easily 
overclocked.  I don't know anyone that had them that ran them at less 
than 400MHz.  I believe the mean speed was about 440.  $170 for a 
G3/440/1MB card isn't bad in my book.

My advice is to buy the USB card now.  Think about the other two, and 
watch for specials on the G3 card.
